STREET ADJUSTMENT SCHEME
After identifying the congested streets, the District Street Management Division would propose feasible plans on the streets to improve their condition. The following table* listed out the measures that the division deemed to use to increase effective width on street, and they are prioritized according to the needs of pedestrians and their importance on streets:

* The priority of the adjustment scheme is arranged using the humanist approach. Data (preference of users) are collected from questionnaire with sample size 800 people in different districts.
