Peer Assessment
In order to facilitate efficient group work and an open communication platform among group members, a peer assessment framework is set up. The assessment is done anonymously after completion of each objective stated in the learning contract. The assessment is based on 17 questions, assessing aspects ranging from attendance to critical thinking. A total of four peer assessments have been done over the course of the project, and the result is listed below. The peer assessment system and results can be found on the bottom of the page.
Horace Tse
Horace has maintained a high level of performance throughout the project, with particular stronghold in attendance and willingness into the project. Highly-organized, he also demonstrated adequate preparation before meetings, and the ability to provide constructive ideas
Benjamin Park
Constant improvement has been seen in Benjamin's work throught his assessment result. Satisfactory result on many aspects, particularly in the demonstration of problem-solving skills and competent communication skills.
Maurice Chan
In Maurice's assessment result, there has been solid and continous improvements. Throughout the course of the project, he has showcased his organization. Also, he showed his devotion into the project.
Hester Wang
Hester’s assessment result has been constantly improving, from 98.2 points to 106 points in the last assessment. In particular, she demonstrated great understanding over others’ ideas and works. Presentation skill is another stronghold seen in the result. Also, she showcased skills in dealing with the Gantt chart.
Louisa Lam
Substantial improvement has been seen in Louisa's performance over the course of the project. Her performance in the project has been all-rounded. Thorughout the project, she demonstrated competent communication skills and orgnaization through her completion of tasks on time.
Issac Wong
Constant improvement has been seen in Isaac's work through this peer assessment. He demonstrated stronghold in his competent and efficient communication skills and presentation skills.
